About those blocked field goals in Seattle last year...

Maybe there was a tell, maybe there wasn't. Maybe they just thought bullying their way to the kicker was the way to go. It doesn't matter because after Rivera notified the NFL about it & the NFL responded with "They said, 'Yeah, that can be called or should be called or will be called.' " no one else has tried it anywhere, not even them, because it is illegal as hell. It was no reflection on our special teams.

you don't pull of that jump flawlessly twice without a tell and lots of film to back it.

the flawless jump isn't illegal.  I imagine Seattle never did it again bc no other team showed the consistency and opportunity like we did

Well, they didn't pull off that jump flawlessly twice. Which is the point of my post & D Newton's article, & Rivera sending it to the NFL office & the NFL responding as they did. It wasn't flawless either time it was done. Again, it was never flawless. It was illegal both times.

I hold my breath and pray with every special teams play just like every other Panther fan. I know they have problems. But those 2 plays are not part of them. That's all I'm saying.
