Lack of smack?

Has anyone else noticed how there's been very little smack talk about the Panthers/Hawks match up? 

I think both fanbases are nervous about this one.

other than a few chuckleheads, the entire seahawks fanbase has been quiet.  Look over at seahawks.net and see how infrequently a new post is added.  It's a ghost town over there compared to the crowd they had over there for the playoffs last year.

Maybe the pats intercepted half of their fanbase at the end of last year's super bowl, too.

A lot of them perhaps wait to really get into football until after baseball season. That sport is huge in Seattle.

I've seen plenty of smack and confidence from the Panthers fan base. Not so much from the Seahawks. Either they're over looking this game or they scared.

The foundation of that Hawks fan base was built on quick sand and they have a QB that brags about speaking directly to God and drinking water that heals concussions.  That same QB is also trying to make a pop star regain her virginity.  They have a color scheme that includes fluorescent green.  Who in the f*ck wants to walk around with a fluorescent green jersey on all the time?  The whole 12th man thing was fake and was stolen from Texas A&M.

I think it's because most of the actual fans are focusing on their hate of Darrell Bevell, and the "2012's" are pumped up to see what baseball team they get to buy new gear for.
