Imagine someone may have already linked this, but the Observer wrote them up over the weekend. http://www.charlotteobserver.com/sports/nfl/carolina-panthers/article42088353.html

They are definitely awesome to listen to whether you understand a word they say or not...and great guys as well!.

From the article:

Quote

They call cornerback Josh Norman El Bandolero, meaning “the bandit” because he robs the other team with his interceptions.

compare their immediate reactions to Mixon who has to explain stuff before he gets to the results.  In the mean time you hear the reaction of the crowd and are getting desperate to know what in h*** happened.

I hate waiting and waiting for him to just say "first down" or "gained three yards".

I mean, I like the guy but I miss Rosinski.

These guys and Gus Johnson on the same team, language barriers or not, would be the greatest commentary team in sports, period.

Agreed with the earlier Rosinski comment.  I still hold out hope we'll one day hear him in the booth again.

From what I've read, Rosinski and the Panthers had a pretty messy divorce. Plus they like Mixon a lot.

Can't see that happening.

    • The league would protect him.  The amount of poo Jerry Jones has had exposed and got away with?  The amount of poo Stephen Ross has got away with?  How long Dan Snyder got away with essentially fuging sex trafficking employees and poo???????  Taking down JR was a hit job.  You think the other 31 owners, especially the older ones aren’t blathering, blatant, ignorant ass, bigoted rich racists who have committed far worse things than Blue Jean Fridays?  The ones I named above have DEFINITELY did worse than what JR was accused of.  And do you think guys like Steve Smith would’ve been viewing him as a father figure if they felt that’s who he was?  JR pissed the league off with that last lockout situation and they made him pay.  They lined a new guy up to join their billionaire boys club in Tepper, and they prolly slid a pretty penny to Jonathan Jones to write the “expose,” to get JR out of here.  Again, all the owners I’ve listed above have been verified on record for doing worse poo, yet they’re still running their organizations, unquestioned.  They hand-picked Tepper long before JR was forced out, so he isn’t going anywhere.  Sadly.  fug the NFL.  (Also, to be clear, it’s always fug racism, bigotry, and sexual exploitation - not ever excusing it.  Just making the point that the NFL isn’t operating under this clear standard of justice applied to each and every case)
    • I was still in the throes of a contentious divorce and my job at the time had me work on Sundays.  At the beginning of the season I tried to still work around Sundays so I could see our games.  I think after Bryce came back from the benching, I said fug it.  First time in my life I intentionally didn’t watch our games, even through the Atlanta finale.  In the past, even if we didn’t live up to expectations, I would watch to still support and at least analyze player development, strengths and weaknesses, coaching, etc., but Bryce makes all of that a moot point, so I stopped watching. Again, this is asinine,  it if he is retained (still can’t believe this is even a possibility of a conversation due to how shitty our organization has become under Tepper), I will NOT watch next season until he is gone.
    • Live look at Bryce playing ping pong.
