The "debate" taking over NFL social media of 2015 Cam vs. 2015 Kaepernick is breaking me, I'm seriously going mental

Is he? Could it be we create the same imaginary opinions about him and his character like we blame so many of doing to Cam?

People don't like Cam because of his fun but a little cocky personality on the field.  Kaep is just a douche just from some of his tweets also apparently no one in the locker room likes him enough to beg for his benching, so there's that.

More telling than anything is his team mates wanted a change. That right there speaks volumes, not only for your play but your character.

so you are the typical fan from other teams that say the same about Cam. you have no clue what kind of person he is.

Once again you have your opinions and I have mine.  I have my reason and don't have to justify my beliefs to you or anyone else.  He's a Thug.  You want to suck his Johnson. Go for it.  To me he is and always will be a THUG.

what violence did he commit, because thug is a word that has a definition and for someone to be that they have to fit the definition...no belief involved...

Thug is a violent criminal, so post links to Kaps criminal record so we can read the list of his violent offenses

I suspect he's being called a thug because: 1) he's black, 2) he has lots of tats, 3) he has lots of muscles, and 4) he acts kind of indifferent during press conferences.

I don't know how that qualifies as being a thug, but what other reasons would someone have for calling him that.

Hernandez is a thug. Hardy is like a thug wannbe. Kaep? No way.

Kaepernick was doing great until he decided to tug on Superman's cape. I mean, she he decided to "mock" Cam's TD celebration in the playoff game in 2013. His career has been in free fall since that day.

Then Ryan Mallett did it this year. Guess how things have went for him since then?

I don't mind any DEF player doing it after they make a play against Cam. By all means, stop him and celebrate. But QBs don't do that to each other. They almost never say a bad word towards a fellow QB. Not to mention, they had nothing to do with stopping Cam while they were on the sidelines.

The curse of Superman is real...lol

I don't much care for Kaepernick personally, but the "thug" talk truthfully wreaks of the same underlying bullshit that wrongfully followed our own quarterback leading up to, and even after the 2011 draft. Such ignorant rhetoric is still furthered about Newton even today by some buffoons sadly.

Just like the NY Times having this paragraph in an article about Cam and the team

Quote

Questions about maturity dogged Newton for years. But he has largely put that to rest over time, and the Panthers were confident enough to hand him a five-year, $103 million contract extension in the off-season that made him among the highest-paid players in the league.

"Questions" by who!? Cause, as far as we know, Newton has never gotten in trouble, and been a model citizen since he's been in the NFL.

Wearing a towel over your head, and not being happy about losing doesn't necessarily make you "dogged" with criticism, or is a crime to begin with.

But you're right. People like to perpetuate these stereotypes, no matter how untrue, or unfounded.

    • Personally I think he's a nightmare to cover I think linebackers generally aren't fast enough to keep up with him in coverage and cornerbacks don't have the strength to tackle him one-on-one in physically bring them down which would normally lead to a broken tackle or a nasty stiff arm or just bully ball play sure you could find a receiver with comparable speed like Cooper but he's faster than Cooper sure you can find a wide receiver that is the same size but he's probably More powerful than them and a better blocker.  The size speed athleticism package that he is in is completely unique it's easier to say I'd rather have just a big blocker because we've never seen this type of profile before I'm a risk taker I think you would be God blessed if this was there at 19 I think if you can get a guy that's a tight end who immediately becomes the fastest guy on your offense and at the same time that third wide receiver that can stretch and burn defenses over the top that's the perfect what the Panthers need type weapon.
    • I think you're under selling Sadiq. They are two different players in terms of how they win. Loveland is 2 inches taller maybe 5-6 pounds heavier. Comparing his speed to sadiq.. well your comparing a 4.7 guy to a 4.3 guy I'm seeing a guy that can take a bubble screen from the tight end position and turn it into a house call. I'm not saying the guy is a certified home run pick but I don't think there's really a president's for a comparison for this kind of athlete. It's easy to say this doesn't look like Warren or Loveland because we haven't seen guys that fit this profile The closest you might be able to get is Vernon Davis.  He's not as sure far as those guys were but at 19 I think almost everybody is going to have some warts and he's a lottery ticket of could be top 10 in the draft player or could fail I am more of a risk taker I think he fits the athletic profile that could be a homerun, like I said he's almost 40 lb bigger than Cooper and like 4-5 in taller than Cooper so and he's faster. So whatever you think Cooper gives you I think he does that and more. If you want to go with one of the office alignment I can understand that as well but for value as a receiving threat I don't think there's a bigger value at number 19.
    • I’ve haven’t seen anything that says we have interest in Njoku?
