Time To Face It, This Is the Greatest Offense In Panthers History.

Coming into this season we had the same rhetoric as always. Cam has no weapons, Cam has no offensive line, and Cam has Mike Shula. At some point we have to face the music and there no better time than in Nashville. That Titans defense was good, one of the best we've played. We broke them. They had nothing in the 4th quarter. We put up 27 in an ugly game. We have not been held under 20 points this season.

Here is a couple quick facts.

-Through 8 games the 2015 Panthers had outscored the 2010 Panthers by 32 points.

-Through 9 games the Panthers have outscored the 2001 Panthers by 2 points.

-At 28.3 ppg this 2015 Team is the most productive in our 21 year history.

-In 1999 we averaged 26.2 ppg, the best full season of scoring in our history.

-We have 29 touchdowns through 9 games, that is more than full seasons from the 1997, 2001, 2006, 2007, and 2010 teams. We can pass several more teams vs. the Redskins.

And we keep hearing our offense is ugly and not explosive. It's unorthodox but Greg Olsen is a thing of beauty. Ted Ginn is a fun player to watch. Cam is brilliant and Stewart is the Running Back every franchise wishes they had. Devin Funchess is starting to look like a stud as well. At some point we can't ignore what is right in front of us. This offense is good.

People are going to need new material. It's always "Panthers don't have enough weapons to makea strong playoff push" or "Panthers win with their defense" because offense is doing their part and WAY more. We have the #1 rushing game and #4 in scoring, can't use that bullsh*t narrative anymore.

Oh,Yea, me and you see eye to eye on that one!

We not only shattering Panther records but now Cam is 3rd in NFL history in rushing TD's.  Only behind Jack Kemp with 40 and 1st Steve Young 43 TD's.  Them two guys not playing much now days so he will more than likely own that record in next few games.

Can't win them all if you don't win the first 9!!!!!!!!!  We Qualify!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With the talk about Shula getting interest from the hurricanes, He almost cost us the game today, Shula wanted to impress his potential new employers and got cute.

We played Shula Ball got a lot of the game and we are lucky it didnt bite us in the ass.

Shula himself already shot that speculation down.

    • We agree here dawg. I'd love for Bryce to succeed as would all huddlers. I have not seen a single huddler hate Bryce for anything other than his play on the field / potential / skillset. He hasn't gotten any of the irrational hate having nothing to do with football that Cam got. And yeah I understood going into this season with Bryce again as there weren't a ton of options, but man we missed the fuging mark on upgrading at backup QB with someone who could actually push Bryce. Bryce had zero pressure on him with a 100% washed up Dalton being the only other NFL caliber QB in the system. That absolutely needs to change this offseason. Ideally with an actual starter upgrade but that seems extremely unlikely due to not having many FA options and a bad draft. But at the very least with someone like you mentioned, young/upside and/or day 3 pick in the draft.   Another note, we have a top paid and top performing OL, great young talent at WR incl. likely OROY, great RB group, average all around TE group, offensive coach with creativity in the system and good play designs (poor situational playcalling but still I put out current offensive coaching staff over Shula who held Cam back for instance). Not the absolute best situation for a QB to be in, but still a very good situation around him. And yet we have a bottom 8 offense (6th lowest points scored). Imagine taking a victory lap for a QB leading his team to the 6th lowest points scored in the league and the 22nd highest passer rating (despite being asked to do less than many other QBs; i.e. Bo Nix who isn't great either and has a slightly lower passer rating but Sean Payton actually lets him try to throw the ball deep and has him throw significantly more than Bryce). Crazy
    • similar to Atlanta and the NHL.  Atlanta has lost two NHL teams (and lost a minor leaguer).  Now there's another coalition pulling together another proposal for Atlanta to get an NHL expansion. While I'd like hockey to be back in Atlanta 'cause hockey is fun, I am skeptical that it'll happen based on previous teams' experience here alternatively: similar to Atlanta hosting a Major Tennis Tournament in advance of the US Open every mid/late summer.  Aside from the fact that Atlanta is said to be the country's largest Tennis playing city (with both USTA and ALTA, along with a number of side leagues) - playing tennis outdoors in Atlanta summer is miserable *and* they had difficulty attracting players... ticket sales were not good. So the Atlanta Open closed after 14 years.  They just couldn't make it happen, even if for all intents it appears to be massive tennis interest in the surrounding area.
    • So I saw where Luke was doing that show parallel to the game. Whatever it was, statcast something something, knew it would be a good watch. I don’t get ESPN any more but that would be one of the about few things I would watch outside of games.     He doesn’t fool around on the radio broadcast.
