The Bengals losing to the Texans should tell you all you need to know about strength of schedule..

And Packers losing to Lions, and Denver losing to Chiefs, and Eagles losing to Dolphins, etc.

People had no problem saying the Panthers would go 5-11, but now that they are 9-0, they have to backtrack and find a way to justify their dumbass predictions.

I don't care who it's against, winning 13 straight regular season games is impressive no matter how you cut it.

Here is what so many people don't understand, and why current season SOS is the most useless stat in a sea of useless stats.

..... team performances changes from week to week.

Just look at us last year.  Look at the Texans now and compare that team to the Texans we beat.  Compare the titans last week to the titans that stunk it up early in the season.  This is why the Washington team has me worried.  They are playing much better now than early in the season and have a ton of confidence.

Power rankings right now are a joke as you have the top 5 or six and then two large groups of pretenders and contenders.  Any one of the top teams or the contenders could get on a role and go far in the playoffs.

Panthers can only play the teams on their schedule.

Even with that schedule Carolina was expected to be also rans.

Yet they are one of only two undefeated teams

Suck it, you all knowing, all seeing, prognosticators and statisticians!

I was a big fan of whoever came up with the surprise games
