It looked like Norman was doing it after his pass break up down the sideline on Dez while they were walking back for the next play for sure.

Credit Coleman for the pick, but if it was not for Josh getting in Dez's head, I think he's able to make the tackle before Coleman gets into the end zone.

Ok I have a request

it wasn't even a play. It was when there was like an injury timeout or whatever and the camera cuts to Norman walking off the field and he makes this funny face to the camera. I'm probably going to remember it as one of the most iconic moments in the season.
