He only had one bad throw that I remember and that was the early interception. Glad to see if didn't shake his confidence because he was a freaking surgeon after that.

Apparently at some point in the game, Cam completed 15 straight - a new personal record for him.

We still keep track of Cam's 1 or 2 bad throws on this forum? That should bee illegal. That's a MVP you talking about here.

Don't be ridiculous. And I wasn't "keeping track" of it, I just remember because it was a bad throw. However, being a MVP candidate doesn't make you perfect or beyond reproach.

Russell Wilson will win it, but Cam deserves it more.

Why would Russell win it!?

That would be last week with his 5TD's against  Pittsburgh.

Newton, seems like the leading guy-again this week (PFF highest rated passer, biggest fantasy QB), unless someone pops off tonight.

We'll see?

I was gonna tell to go watch Rodgers the last few weeks if you wanna see miss throws.

Didn't you remember.

With many Huddler fans, only Cam Newton misses open receivers or makes bad throws.

So just forget all the other QB's in the league (including "Terrific" Tom Brady last night) who do it on the regular!

He overthrew Philly and Olsen who were both open. But that's neither here nor there - Cam had an outstanding game IMO. He deserves all the credit.

By bad throw I mean a head scratcher, not just inaccurate. He had a great game, not bashing him or anything of the sort, just pointed out that I only remembered one bad throw.

I didn't take it like you were bashing him....my bad.

I was wondering in the first quarter why we kept throwing that quick out...like the one that was picked off. He did that 3 or 4 times in the first few drives...even after the pick.

We need to get stop getting cute with that play in general in our own territory, it's dangerous. Same thing happened against Green Bay.

If you're going to run that play that way, you need a reliable receiver who has the awareness to make a play on the ball before the defender can jump in front. If not it's an easy interception, and potential pick 6 every time. Ginn as a veteran should have tried to break the pass up.

That was a general statement, not directed at you, though I didn't make that clear at all. Tired of being called out for stupid poo.

I really thought we would try to pound the ball more with Stewart early, I was surprised to see all the passes.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
