Next game will allow the coaches to play him less and give some of the young guys who have actually produced more snaps to see what happens while still pretending its to keep him healthy for the playoffs.  At least I hope thats what happens.

I'm glad this is the last season we'll see Charles Johnson in a Panthers' uniform.  What a waste.

What are we going to do about Remmers though?  Can't just let him stick around either.

Re: Remmers, I imagine we start Daryl Williams next year, and keep Remmers as depth.

17 points is less than the average given up by the best defenses in the league. You can't win them all but you can't blame the defense too much for this one either.

True.

Even though Atlanta scored 20 pts, and the Panthers only 13.

You gotta remember, they only punted once. They killed it on third down all game. They had some humongous pass plays downfield. And they had the ball more than the Panther offense; effectively keeping them off the field.

So the defense was failing to say the least.

That's something that Rivera has to look into.     I know Big Money is an older vet that is being paid a kings ransom,  but,  dude needs to be demoted to 3rd string.

I wonder, if this is where being a former player can hurt you, when dealing with Veterans?

You know, cause you have so much respect for them and what they achieved?

Probably.       Rivera is probably treating CJ with kid gloves,    thinking that CJ is still in the process of getting in football shape,   without realizing that it's hurting us a great deal.......and CJ can get in football shape from the 3rd or 4th string.
