Arizona is the only team that should really worry any of us. The Skins look like they are on a roll of sorts so they can't be taken lightly, but are not scary.

Yup. If we can't stop the run like yesterday, we're gonna have a hard time with the Cardinals

If we cant beat the teams we are up against, we dont deserve to hoist that trophy!

I want us to play the teams we are against, and beat them. If that is Seattle (they arent all that scary...my god) or whoever else it doesnt matter. We will win or lose, and like we say yesterday...we wont win or lose because of who the other teamis...but rather because of how OUR team plays.

I'm scared facing them when they are hot and fresh and we are coming off a bye. Redskins or Vikings are the PERFECT kind of "warm up" team to play when coming off a bye

Straight bullshit. Just like the Falcons everyone here thought was going to be a shutout...right? There are no easy teams at this point. Atlanta smacked us in the mouth yesterday despite all odds and media and press. Any team we may face will has the potential to be just as good and likely better than them.

Right but if we are the 1 seed it is highly likely we play Seattle in the divisional round with us coming off a bye.. Fug that poo. The funny thing is if Seattle beats Green Bay then goes and beats Zona then they would have to come to Charotte for the NFCC game which means we would have gotten homefield throughout the playoffs anyway lol despite being no 2

Listen, man. We won't settle for the #2 seed just so we can avoid Seattle. If we are scared of them, we don't deserve to be the one seed. We will beat TB next week, lock up the #1 seed, and tell all comers: bring your ass to Charlotte if you want to get to SB50, bitches. We will be ready.

Like the thought process, but I think there are some glaring holes in our defense that will get exposed even more now that playoff football is here. I hope I'm wrong, but........

I'm not saying the Panthers are invincible, not at all. But I am confident we will get the #1 seed, and would rather have the playoffs run through here where we are far more formidable.

This might be the dumbest thought a person has ever had on this website, and that is really saying something.

The really sad thing is PU is competing against himself for that title.  He's probably authored at least 3 out of the 5 dumbest things ever posted.

    • I need to actually do a full analysis but I think the issue was more that we'd rarely have top-to-bottom awesome drafts but we'd frequently have drafts where only 2-3 players panned out, but the 1st is a Pro Bowler and the other two solid starters or backups. We rarely had drafts where only 1 player was good, and we never had absolute useless drafts. At the very least we always had one really, really good guy. The worst was probably 2005 where we got Thomas Davis (Hall of Honor-quality player) and Geoff Hangartener. Evan Mathis was good, but only after he left.
    • Hurney wasn’t good with contracts but I think he was probably above average at drafting.  Not saying he was great.  Just that most draft classes are worthless.
    • Ehh, teams earlier this season double and tripled teamed him with decent success. The reason he beasted out so much with Miami was for some reason they did not much at all. Bad call on their part. But that is his purpose. If he is eating up people that is huge, and theoretically should give others the ability to make a play. But his surrounding cast to do that isn’t great. Brown is something OCs have to put a lot of time to plan for.
