No way would the Panthers ever get that favorable TD review

Bryant had the ball pinned to his calf with his hand, where it was clearly moving and not in complete control. The moment he had control, he only had one foot in bounds. It is clear as day, and would never ... never.... never.... be ruled a touchdown for the Panthers. Amazing how the officials let the team identity dictate what is a catch and what isn't.

I hate the Steelers but that was sick catch or not.  If I'm a bengals fan Cincinnati would be destroyed today. Their coach is dumb and their players are morons. I'm shocked that burfict and pacman would do stupid things.

Couldn't believe they ruled that a catch, as amazing as it was.  I'd be highly pissed if I that came against us.

I made this same comment the OP made to a friend during the game last night.  Some ref crews would definitely not called that a catch.  Trapping the ball against the back of your leg is control?

I am ok with the trapping as long as it doesn't move. It traveled up his leg!

By the rules now that shouldn't have been a TD. With that said this off-season the Nfl needs to loosen up on the rule.  As long as a player has the ball touching them and doesn't lose the ball when they hit the ground it should be a catch. This control bs has gotten out of hand.
