Yes fire Cutler!!! So we can bring him here !

Jake sucks,

But NO!

There just isn't a back up/starter that we can get right now (cap reasons) that we can replace Jake with.

Face it people. I don't like it either, but that's the facts.

DRAFT!!

So can we agree that selling the farm to get Cutler or Cassel wouldn't have been the best route after the terrible playoff game after a 12-4 season?

dont know about cassel. his o-line sucks. 0 protection to throw. Bears o-line sucks too, but cutler made some horrible throws. to a certain extent yes. agreed.

cutler is overrated and a punk kid.

don't want him, never did.

don't want jake either.

looks like the bears got hosed in that deal. dug themselves in that hole by giving that much up for a QB who doesn't win but has great skills when you don't have an oline that can block for him or any receivers that can catch what he throws....the bears make being a panthers fan not so bad to deal with this year.

    • There probably isn’t an orthopedic surgery that has had more improvement in technique and outcomes over the last two decades than the acl repair. Because of its importance in pro sports and the sheer number that surgeons do there have been lots of opportunities to practice 1. Better techniques - arthroscopic v open surgery means people heal faster  2. More training - all sports med surgeons have tons of experience doing them 3. better imaging - later generations of mri are more sensitive  4. better therapy - PTs have gotten better at rehabbing them and the theories of rehab have improved a lot. No idea about brooks in particular tho, but I’d describe that overall situation as “not great”
    • If Freeling or either of the Utah OTs dropped to 19 I'd be more than happy honestly. Our OT situation isn't great with an aging Moton at RT and a mess of a situation at LT if Walker goes down at any point in time.  What I'm expecting the Panthers to do is probably draft another weapon like Sadiq or KC Conception. That's been their track record in drafting R1 thus far. None of the defensive talent projected to be around 19 stands out to me. Unless they just want to draft a LB early (Rodriguez,  CJ Allen, Anthony Hill, Jake Gollday).
