...We would have taken Luck, and still been very successful.  Hell we might still be in the SB, though our offense wouldn't be as unstoppable because he doesn't give you the same multidimensional attack that Cam provides.  But going against the Broncos with their defense and CAM at the helm?  That team would be unstoppable and we'd be huge underdogs

Luck deciding to stay in school, probably the lowest point of that awful season, turned out to be the best thing that could have ever happened for this franchise.

This video is really old.  I realized about halfway through that I'd already simultaneously hated and been disgusted by this video before.

I think this video is new, but Dameshek has done a similar N if L about Cam going somewhere else before. 

ETA: I was basing this being new on the fact that Dameshek and the NFL tweeted it out a few times today, but it occurs to me that he could have done this previously and is re-advertising it because of current events.

Unlike Indy .. you have a great owner and a brilliant GM.  They would have surrounded Luck with pieces and put him in a situation to win. 

Either way though you picked a good year to get the #1 pick.  More than you can say about Tennessee this year

Most would be talking about how much better luck is than "scam" newton. Watching other boards to defend luck when compared to scam, wilson etc.

The draft this year isn't that bad. It's just god-awful if you need a QB. Thankfully for Tennessee they have theirs (provided they don't ruin him.)

Also, that's revisionist history on 2011 at best. Once Luck went back, that draft wasn't considered very appealing at all, certainly from a QB perspective.

Looking back, 2011 might be one of the greatest first rounds of all time.

I've been rocking my playoff beard for 6 weeks now.  I'd be claiming luck was in the air in this alternate reality.
