What would the repercussions be if he wore it during the game? Would he be allowed to play with it and then get fined? Or would he not even be allowed on the field with it during the game? If it's just a fine, he NEEDS to play with it for this game and take the fine. Would be so badass and would set the tone from the start of the game.

He does play with it on game days. Have never heard about any fines. But yea, that is bad.

He's never played with it. He wears it pregame but not allowed to during game and has never tested the rule.

why are tinted visors banned?

Not banned, but must have a medical reason to wear during a game, I'm guessing something along the lines of being sensitive to light or other vision issues.

I for one don't leave my house without a pair of sunglasses on sunny days, because squinting your eyes for 4+ hours is uncomfortable as hell, and it will increase the amount of crows feet wrinkles I end up with, and I don't want to ruin my beautiful face and flawless complexion.

Well, your question just asked "why are tinted visors banned? ” not " why are they banned without an approved medical reason?" So I did answer the question that I didn't have to read your mind to know you were asking lol.

And who knows? The NFL uniform rules are retarded. Why can't a team where an alt uniform more than 2 times a year? Why can't they wear different helmets?

The usual fallback excuse is "bup bup bup PLAYER SAFETY!", but it never makes sense. Like the helmet rule, you can't tell me a brand new, properly fitted helmet is less safe than one that's been through weeks of repeated beatings, but according the the NFL that's why they have to wear the same helmet all season.

    • PJ's completion % was 63% when starting games in Carolina.  Which I believe is better than Bryce when starting.  And again, 4-3 as the starter here and the LONE QB Carolina has been able to actually win with in the Tepper era.  If you ask a gambling gunslinger to come into blowouts.....they are going to go down in a blaze of glory.  Which he would do.  Yeah, he isn't good.  And gunslingers are supposed to have rockier stats than checkdown QBs.   So....why does PJ Walker have a better comp % as a starter than Bryce Young.  And for every knock you want to make about PJ, you can find something or a skillset that PJ does better than Bryce.   I didn't say PJ had good field vision.  He doesn't.  Tell me about Bryce after he comes off the first read lol.  Let me repeat, PJ Walker is not a good QB.  He is NFL depth and an in house arm.  Bryce Young doesn't belong in a convo w/ Jake and Cam.  He belongs closer in a convo with the backup caliber QBs Carolina was forced into playing.  Which isn't just PJ Walker.  But Kyle Allen.  Moore.  Guys like that.
    • Oh I see what you meant by memory. I will trust my memory, I have looked a a lot of those ball charts for Bryce and they trend a general pattern. They thing that has changed that I have noticed more recently is the reduction in the bunching of behind or at  the LOS passes over to his right.  Aside from the quantity of throws recently since the running game has become a more dominant factor.
    • Yes but you basically said you are going from a quick skim of those charts without doing the same for Bryce and/or Andy. So you are going memory vs. snapshots. That's not going to be a very comprehensive analysis.
