Saturday, August 20  - Carolina at Tennessee, 3 p.m. ET

Friday, August 26 - New England at Carolina, 7:30 p.m. ET

Thursday, September 1 - Pittsburgh at Carolina, 7:30 p.m. ET

Opening and closing on the road in the regular season sucks, but for a glass half full fact, the fact we don't have to travel in the weeks leading up to and after the real opener is nice.

3 PM in Nashville is gonna be H O T HOT.

Adding to the confusion is that Nashville is Central Time zone.... so: a 3 p.m. Eastern game would be a 2 p.m. start in Tenn.  Very odd.

More likely it's a 3 p.m. Central start = 4 p.m. Eastern or

a 4 p.m Central start = 5 Eastern

Hmmm... if it's a typo, it's not just wrong in the NFL.com article, but also at Panthers.com.   On the schedule page, once again, that game is listed as 3 Eastern. Yikes.  Hydrate Hydrate Hydrate!
