I didn't read the article, as I just started watching it last night, and am now in episode 2.  I actually came to post about it and recommend it for off-season watching, as it is fascinating seeing all the little nuances and such that go on behind the scenes of a pro football team.  

But, regarding the snippet you shared, unless they edited it to make it appear otherwise, he specifically stated to the team that if he had two rules, with the first one being don't park in reserved spaces.  I can't remember the second one now, but he specifically told them before week 1 to not park in reserved spaces, as it was a pet peeve.  So, if that guy did, then he suffered the consequences.  Now, odds are, if that was David Johnson, Fitz, Pat Pete, or the like, they wouldn't have been cut, but still.  If you know you're not an elite talent, you have to do everything to the T.  

And although when we play them, I hate their f*cking guts and want to annihilate them, the show is awesome and I said years ago that I would've preferred to hire Arians when Fox was on his way out.  Now, again, when it comes to our franchise, f*ck everyone else, but I do enjoy the show.

I watched the Panther episode.

seems to me Bruce and the Cards didn't respect Carolina enough....and that was it.    Especially Cam.  

Arians mantra the entire game to his team seemed to be the MVP of the NFL was going to give them the game and all they had to do was wait for it.    

At least Buckner finally realized the reality of the situation despite most of the Cards still not understanding 3 quarters into the game.  We straight up lined up and punched in the mouth over and over and over. Cards seemed to of thought they just had to show up.  

Buckner/Campbell conversation was my favorite.  Buckner shutdown the "I don't understand what is happening talk" really quick.  Yeah you do.

You didn't cut him because he didn't "follow the rules", Brucey.  If you thought he could have given you 6-8 sacks that year, you would have just counseled him.

You cut him because he "parked" in your "spot" because (1) you were going to cut him anyway and (2) you wanted to look like a tough guy.

Well, this doesn't make you look like a tough guy, Brucey.  It makes you look like an asshole.

Why is this guy worshiped by the NFL Media anyway?

Because he wears a cool hat..............
