I’ll have you know I graduated top of my class at Springfield Bible College, and I’ve been involved in numerous secret mission trips in Capital City, and I have over 300 confirmed baptisms. I am trained in the Old Testament and I’m the top converter in the entire church mission group. You are nothing to me but just another heathen. I will cast your sins out with precision the likes of which has never been seen before in Heaven, mark my diddily-iddilly words. You think you can get away with saying that blasphemy to me over the Internet? Think again, friendarino. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of evangelists across Springfield and your IP is being traced by God right now so you better prepare for the storm, maggorino. The storm that wipes out the diddily little thing you call your life of sin. You’re going to Church, kiddily-widdily. Jesus can be anywhere, anytime, and he can turn you to the Gospel in over infinity ways, and that’s just with his bare hands. Not only am I extensively trained in preaching to nonbelievers, but I have access to the entire dang- diddily Bible collection of the Springfield Bible College and I will use it to its full extent to wipe your sins away off the face of the continent, you diddily-doo satan-worshipper. If only you could have known what holy retribution your little “clever” comment was about to bring down upon you from the Heavens, maybe you would have held your darn-diddily-fundgearoo tongue. But you couldn’t, you didn’t, and now you’re clean of all your sins, you widdillo-skiddily neighborino. I will sing hymns of praise all over you and you will drown in the love of Christ. You’re farn-foodily- flank-fiddily reborn, kiddo-diddily.

it doesn't bother me at all when players express their faith

Are you sure about that? It seems you have a big problem with it. Read your "no offense" quote up there. The funny part is that I never mentioned anything about Christianity but youre presumptuous and not very smart. Being emotional and making fun of religions is probably not a good way to make peace with people. LoL

The idea works for all religions but guys like you want to assume nasty things about people that are trying to help you. LoL you silly libs, I know you were looking to get a round of applause from the huddle for telling everyone your political preference. You're just one of those guys pretending that it means anything other than what it really means. . . "confused" "angry" and "easily manipulated".

Listen, the reason why athletes are drawn to religion, to answer your question, is because they have beaten great odds to be where they are. They have seen countless guys lose their career to injury and misfortune. From their shoes, they dont know who else to thank for being born with abilities that are far beyond the vast numbers of emotional and confused little men.

"Silly libs?"

Atheism is not a political theory, but if it were, then the party that cares little about their fellow man would fit right in by their very actions.

The term "liberal" by its very nature connotes a sense of liberty which means that everyone, football players included, can choose to worship God or not.

This is the Panthers forum. A football forum.

i like how he quoted the post where i explained that exact point only to respond to the last third of the sentence like the rest of it didn't exist.

He was in a butthurt fervor because someone slandered his favorite sky fairy. You can't expect complete lucidity from someone in such a state.

Thanks but I was the one responding not the one inquiring.

And its a shame that the term "liberal" more often this day means the exact opposite of what you said. In this very thread a liberal was belittling Christianity.
