I saw this too. Got to be some asshat agent trying to set a precedence for future drafts.  Something about all guaranteed money up front.

DeAndre Hopkins is holding out too.  Same draft class as Star and Short.  Glad to see our guys are in camp and not holding out.  High morale fiber makes a difference.

I agree that he should be out there, but I don't see it as an issue of morality. It's just a business decision. Of course it's an error and a bit cocky in my estimation for a rookie to presume that he has that great amount of leverage, but this isn't really a moral issue.

I hope that the Bolts continue  tow the line without even a hint of breaking. Bosa should be glad and honored just to have the opportunity to play in the league. Not a good start.

The Chargers want to pay him some of his bonus money next year and Bosa's camp wants it all in 16, like many of the other players/teams.

This is a Chargers thing, they like to pay bonus money over two years vs. many teams 1 year.  They don't want to change the way they do it, and he wants his money up front like many others.

Rivers had a very similar situation when he was a rookie.

Good point. I didn't know that they were special.

Walterfootball has us losing to them in his season/game by game predictions.  Joke.

Eh, it it was early in the season, I could possibly see it, late....I don't think so.

That said, many on here swore we were going to kick the poo out of the Broncos in the Super Bowl.

The Chargers in BOA @10 AM PST is the second biggest mismatch on the NFL schedule, behind the 49ers in BOA.

By that point their season could REALLY tailspin if a stadium isn't approved in San Diego and if they too are for sure LA bound.

Yea, like I said, early they have a chance, late in the season, not so much, and this one is in DEC.

Kickoff game and Gates, Allen, Benjamin, and Rivers are all healthy against our very green secondary....may have a chance....Late season...no way, unless we have the division wrapped up already and can't get to the 1 seed somehow.

Still remember this one like it was yesterday.

I wouldn't sleep on the Chargers. We'll have just spent 3 of the previous 5 weeks (and the previous 2 against Da Raiders and Seahawks) on the West Coast ourselves. Improved running game and oline and a great Vet like Rivers. Of course I think we'll win, but won't be surprised if it's competitive.
