If I were Ron Rivera

At the very least, that last drive Cam should have been taken out. Panthers should be fined. A gang of Broncos should be fined, and suspended; while that ref crew should be suspended without pay. Nobody was really looking out for Cam last night, which is why it's really appalling to me that he continues to play this submissive role towards the NFL and other issues.

I totally agree. The more attention that this gets, the bigger the chances of making a change to how Cam is (not) being protected by the referees. If Rivera makes a clear statement, and attacks the league and referees, than the attention will come by itself. Doing nothing, and just send the tapes to New York, obviously doesn't change a thing

Ha, you guys.  He won't say anything and neither will JR because they are all apart of the big profit sharing machine.   They know this is going to happen and they aren't allowed to speak on it.  The NFL has a hush hush policy.   Any real coach would have ran onto that field after the 2nd no call on helmet to helmet and unleashed till he got kicked out.   But being cogs in the machine, it just keeps on.    There will be no savior in a head coach or an owner that worships the NFL logo for us, it just won't happen.

RON NEEDS TO BLOW UP AND MAKE A STAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remember he hadn't seen the video yet.  A bunch of reporters tweeted last night that they had no idea of how bad it was until they saw the tape.

I too wanted Ron to scream about this, but I'm gonna trust him a bit longer with his method.  If he doesn't speak up AFTER he's reviewed things, I'll worry.

We know he's a players coach and loves those guys.  I can't believe he'd stand for this kind of viciousness.  I think he'll take a stand, but he'll do it his way.

If I am Jerry Richardson, I am calling Ron Rivera and his O-line coach and asking them why they were passive about being vocal in protecting my $100 million dollar investment, of it $67 million is guaranteed.

Might want to ask the GM while at it why  it's ok to draft 3 Cbs. Two of whom are mediocre and give up a 4th rd for a punter but we can't find better tackles

    • Bryce has been playing the best ball of his career the last three games IMO. He wasn't the reason we dropped the game in NOLA. Seattle's defense will be his toughest challenge yet this season
    • I'll be at the game Sunday and up until last year I had a perfect attendance record. Now however I have seen us lose to the Chiefs (last year) and the Bills (this year). So we can no longer rely solely on my ability to pound overpriced beers to propel us to a win.
    • I haven't been able to watch Seattle on a dedicated basis but the Seahawks are a much better team by the all accounts: eye test, record and DVOA. Defensively they are sick. Best DVOA in the league first in rushing and second in passing. Offensively their passing game has been on fire this year led by JSN I can easily see this being like the Buffalo game where things just get out of hand for us early, that being said this league really is week to week and Seattle does have the disadvantage of traveling cross country for an early game.  If and big if, the Panthers are able to effectively run the ball and limit the amount of time Seattle's offense has to generate explosive plays we have a path to winning this game.  Seattle fans won't be happy to hear this but bad Darnold is always lurking in the background. He is truly an enigma to root for bc he will have an incredible throw that only a few people can make but then will turn around and throw the most bone headed pick of all time.  I think ultimately we drop this one as ultimately it's human nature to be looking forward to that week 18 game. But man how special would it be to be leaving the stadium on Sunday with a win and a miracle dolphins upset
