In the NFL, if you're sitting still, then you're falling behind

And that's exactly what this coaching staff has been doing for 4 years now... sitting still.

While the rest of the NFL examines what they've been doing and designs ways to beat them.

This coaching staff has been sitting on its collective asses for 4 years now, perfecting The System.  And, with the help of the broad shoulders of their multi-tool QB they caught lightning in a bottle last year.

But the rest of the NFL was watching.  And studying.  And changing.

While Rivera, Shula, and McDermott were sitting on their asses admiring their Coach of the Year trophies, George Halas Trophy, and NFC Championship rings, other coaches, equally and (lets be truthful here) MUCH SMARTER than them, planned their demises.

Mission accomplished.

If Gettleman would stop spending JR's money like its his this team would be fine... and of course thinking that drafting 3 corners would cover up the loss of Norman.

This team has so many holes I don't think that 20m Getty has stashed will be enough.

This team has no more "holes" than 90% of the rest of the NFL's teams.

Yet, somehow, of that 90%, at least half of those are WINNING games that they should win.

Most teams dont have shitty tackles like & most teams dont have a 3 rookie CBs and young secondary which are probably top 5 most important postion. This also falls on GM

Actually, teams like the Dallas Cowboys, with quality OL from tackle to tackle, are rare in the NFL.

Quality OT's are liking digging for diamonds, you sure as hell don't find them very often.

So I'll have to disagree with you... most teams actually DO have shitty tackles.  And, if Oher were healthy, we wouldn't have "shitty tackles"... we'd have average tackles.

1/3 of NFL teams  have franchise Tackles 1/3 of them have above  JAG tackles & the last 1/3 have tackles that are better than Remmers.
