Thomas Davis is also due a contract extension. and guess who is Agent is. Drew Roshenhaus (sp.)

Drew is also Beason's agent as well. Same for Dan Morgan when he was playing with us. I'm not concern about Drew, but I can understand some don't like him because of Owen's money situation with the Eagles. But that more on Owens being greedy than Drew.

Drew's pissing contests generally happen with GMs who let their egos get in the way of doing business.

Hurney has no history of that, which I think is a big reason why we've been able to negotiate with Rosenhaus before.

Chris Harris, Thomas Davis, and James Anderson are the undisputed three hardest hitters on defense. When Anderson hits a guy, he goes backwards. Bottom line. I may actually give the edge in strength to Anderson out of those three. He may in fact be the hardest hitter.

He didn't look very good in the preseason, and Teal is probably a better pass coverage safety than Harris is, but you have to remember that Meeks' scheme is more geared towards forcing turnovers than setting up good feild position. Harris is one of the best players on our team at creating to's, so I don't think they would give up on him based soley on a bad preseason.

this.

    • Rods the one who needs to go if they don't win a cup soon, Overall I like the way Tulsky operates, do i wish he had pivoted to several smaller moves instead of going all in on a big acquisition? Obviously.   But RBA is the one I'm locked onto, he is too stuck in his ways and if if "his way" can't get somthing done he just triples down and proves his insanity by trying the same stupid crap over and over, the facebook casuals will be like but but but 8 years in a row making the playoffs.... yes we'll guess what we should have at least a cup to show for it, yes only one team wins every year but this year will be the 8th consecutive year making the playoffs.... heck none of us even get excited about that and haven't in four years minimum.  Our top guys are nearing the peak of their prime the time is now, but the canes seem content to stand pat and "make the playoffs" anther 5-8 years in a row.
    • #Panthers TE Tommy Tremble has a $2 million guarantee that is triggered today at 4 p.m. I don’t expect any movement there, fwiw. Tremble is due a $3.67 million base salary this season. He has another $2.4 million in incentives on his deal, per Over the Cap. https://x.com/mike_e_kaye/status/2032117015121391697?s=46&t=xeIgh_-Vr2aKxBkBJdfnKA
    • If we could somehow get Salyer and Decker I'd take both and trade Stone Forsyth for a barrel of trash can punch.
