The fact that he has basically an identical record as Fox after 6 seasons and his 2/6 for winning seasons is par for Fox's 3/9 tells me JR hasnt learned a thing

We are 5th in Rushing so why a RB? TE maybe but that's a boom or bust position. Our weakness is Receiving and pass defense. A ineffective offense is our biggest problem not personal.

Rivera should have been fired years ago. He isnt a good coach. We will look back on our window which is mostly closed and we will realize then (those of you who don't now) how much it cost us having Ron Rivera as the HC.

If the scheme is bad and predictable then I wouldn't be so sure. We don't adjust and Shula can't scheme to save his life. Wasted TOs. Wasted plays. Just bad work. You can only succeed on talent so long which is why we lost the SB.

I said weeks ago, the window isn't just closed, it's slammed shut.

Probably not because JR want let it. Dave should have never been forced to keep Rivera as well. How can you judge a GM when he is forced to cover for a HC.

This coming season, but we have to make the proper investment on the Offense via draft &  bring in FA players for the defense.
