Honestly sounds like Gettleman is owning up to fugging up last offseason and he plans to learn from it.

Glad to hear he is taking direct accountability. It's more than we get out of Ron Rivera who blames everyone but the waterboy.

Not liking how things already seem to be shaping up with KK.

Business is business, but lately we seem to have a knack for creating bad blood.

If he isn't in our future plans I'd rather get something for him than let another player walk for little or no return.

Look at that. He knows what he has done with the secondary would set us back. He knows he's made a mistake.

That's what a good GM does. Holds himself accountable.

Also a good GM steps in to make necessary changes that a Head coach is too blind to see himself, lets hope he does that with Shula...but I doubt it.

Glad he realized last offseason was a complete disaster on his part.  

You realized your mistake, now fix it, or you won't have a leg to stand on.
