It's how long that statement remains true that is the problem every year. Last year it was 15 games. The year before 20 games. The year before that, they didn't make it to Halloween. -

The problem with Borrego is that development you speak of amounted to one step forward two steps back more often than not. And when we got to any playoff atmosphere that development went right out the window. The mistake was firing him and having absolutely no answer except running it back with Clifford. That was a horrible decision obviously. For me I don't think this franchise is going to fire and hire their way into being competitive and relevant again. Lee needs to show improvement this upcoming season. But your argument of firing him now while running cover for Borrego doesn't make much sense sir.
