Instead of McCaffrey, why not take a more slot-ready WR/HB hybrid that should be readily available at 40.

either/or... it seems at this point contending with atl pushes us in this direction... would love a great back  , but don't want to play a catch up offense...D-line, secondary,O-line have to be priority...hopefully O-line addressed in FA...which makes it easier to take early RB ...

I honestly think we go Barnett in the 1st if he's there, then BPA in the 2nd. We very well could take a CB in the 2nd since you're getting a 1st round value player.

 

It's still too early to predict, but you have to think DE is a high priority since we face losing CJ and Addison and there's no way Gettleman breaks the bank for a DE free agent.

No...Get rid of lesser rb...keep known quantity...

Would Stewart even want to stay if we drafted 2 RBs in the first two rounds? His reps and playing time would drastically decrease.

We as fans got to come to terms that Jonathan Stewart production is starting to decline. I just don't see 3.8 YPC as a great quality. Serviceable but not impressive, especially with those ankle injuries.

Those are faulty numbers...half the time he breaks tackles 2 yds deep to gain 3...he is a 4+ ypc guy right now...the added support at rb and ot would benefit the ankle situation...
