Robbery, Auto Theft, Criminal Damage, Resisting Arrest, and DUI.

Code Red in Indy.  Their DL situation already sucked, but, now, they're tied up in chains underwater level desperate.  What I wouldn't give for them to trade for the Indiana kid KK.  Could they be desperate enough to give the two 1st round picks even, Sean Gilbert style?  A reasonable compromise perhaps?

Two firsts for KK would be amazing.

Grigson is gone unfortunately.  Fortunately however, Grigson is gone, in that they may actually value the trenches.

They pick 14 or 15 this year depending on the coin flip and if they think they can bounce back and win the AFCS, the 20's next year.  You don't see the two 1sts given for a franchise player on the non-exclusive tag anymore, but really, where else do they turn?  It might honestly be their best play.  And obviously I'd take far less.

I don't see this happening, but we can all dream right. Perfect scenario they trade this years #14 and next years 1st rounder for KK.  Thus freeing up that $13.5 mill and getting 2 first round picks... too good to be true.   ahhh the possibilities with another $13.5 mill, pick #8 and #14 and next years 1st.  *wakes up*

I encourage everyone to read the story. It's hilarious. The guy got drunk, took a "golf cart taxi" home. Stole the golf cart after punching the driver, and then crashed it. Cops found him drunk on the sidewalk lol.

    • Just take BPA and if it so happens to be a WR then so be it or try to trade down and pick up some extra draft capital. You can draft for needs in rounds 2 through 7, but that first round pick needs to be someone who can come in and be an impact player.  Personally, I'd want us to take Blake Miller or Spencer Fano to man the RT spot for the next decade plus after Moton hangs it up and who could possibly play LT if Ickey doesn't come back to 100%. But if the grade on those guys don't match up to the 19th pick or if we have a WR graded much higher than I'll have no problem with the team going a different direction.  I do think the coaching staff is lower on XL than they are willing to admit publicly so a WR pick wouldn't shock me. The offense and Bryce looked better with Coker playing the Z than XL so if we upgrade that spot, it'll allow us to be more versatile with our WR alignments as both Tmac and Coker were pretty good lining up in the slot.
    • It's the suggestion.  "We can't draft a receiver in the first round, because that would be three times in a row. The FO doesn't know what it's doing. We can't do that [blah blah blah]." Stick with your board! If receiver is at the top of the board. If TE is at the top of the board, so be it. Morgan used free agency to give the Panthers that flexibility. It's that simple.
