Never been to one, but Heist is opening a facility 2 doors down from my office.  Not sure when as they work on it for 30 minutes a week it seems.

My favorite is Birdsong.  Mainly because the jalapeño pale ale.  

I really like Lenny Boy too.  When my gf is on a health kick, she can drink fresh kombuchas while I get drink on pale ales and sours.

Better? Dude, some breweries have terrible beer. Just because someone can open a brewery, doesn't mean they should. Quality, not quanity.

The breweries with the "terrible' beer is typically better than regular domestic beer. Bring them all on - the bad ones will sort themselves out.
