I just can't see us drafting this guy. And to be honest, I wouldn't have a lot of confidence in us utilizing him to his greatest potential.

also, our offense heavily relies on the RB having the ability to recognize blitzes and be an efficient blocker out of the backfield.this kid would be a liability in the blocking department not an asset

and as a WR the kid has small hands and a limited catch radius which are two qualities that are unappealing in espcially Gettlemans eyes for a WR.which Cam Newton i'm sure is the main reason Dave prefers that  big target at WR.

I'm fine with it. It's his decision. My question is if he's declined all private workouts then why does it say on walterfootball.com he's had a private workout with us?

Might mean he came to BOA and then said to Gettleman and Rivera "no gracias"?

If the player comes to the team its just an interview.  The NFL and CBA doesn't allow a team to bring a player to them and work them out.

If teams want a private "workout", they must go to the player.

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
    • Proper stud that would look even better if they could upgrade Scott. And get a resemblance of pressure on the QB
