Simple Question.. Who had the harder job?

Hurney did a good job at the beginning but his loyalty to the players was his downfall. You can't give everyone 50 million dollars.. Sometimes the hard decisions have to be made. But I know most of you would rather run the team as a family than a business so...

Thing is it doesn't matter who had it worse when they came in.  Both were fired well into their tenure after finding success.  What conclusion should we draw if it can be definitively determined who had the "harder job?"
