Not surprisingly, Marty Hurney calls Joe Webb’s release “one of the hardest, if not the hardest decision we had to make.”

So he can keep two kickers like any pro GM would.

 

This is one of the most mind boggling moves. I knew DA wasn't going anywhere, but to cut Webb. Something doesn't add up.

My question is why the fug didn't we shop Webb. There are plenty of teams looking to pick him up now I'm sure.

Have a feeling half of the people crying about Webb being cut over DA are the same people who were lobbying for DA to start over Cam years back.

I find it hilarious ball these people getting worked up over a backup QB. If cam gets hurt, the Panthers will be screwed whether it's DA or Webb at qb.

Nope...Cam has been and always will be our starter. To constantly imply or insinuate that anyone's opinions are racist is BS. Webb AND Gilbert should still be here. DA is done.

Saw somewhere on Twitter / some article (sorry I've read WAY too much stuff to remember)...  but apparently cutting Webb was not too popular in the locker room!!
