Do we want Atlanta and Tampa Bay in the playoffs?

Just curious to see if the we want to see the Birds and Bucs in the playoffs or would we rather see other teams in. I'm torn between pulling for those teams and making the NFC South the better division or sticking with disliking those 2 teams. Now that I think about it, I'd much rather have Atl/TB in before the Cowboys or Eagles.

Yup.....always nice when the Cowboys are out. 3 NFC South teams in the playoffs gives the division some credibility. However, hopefully. someone else would eliminate them before we had to play one of them again.

Anytime Dallas doesn't make it I am happy (same for New England) but seeing as TB and ATL are two of the only three teams to beat us this year, I would have to say no I don't want them in.

If we can play them at home, then it doesn't matter. I think with home-field we can beat any team in the NFL. That said, the Falcons worry me the most, as they seem like a team that thinks it's better than it is, and those teams can sometimes get hot in the playoffs and end up in the SB. I hate the Eagles, but would love to see the Panthers destroy them in Charlotte.

I doesn't bother me. The Panthers can take 'em all at home as a #1 or #2 seed. They've already played the Cardinals, Bears, and Vikings and will play the Giants tonight. It makes no difference to me. :nonod:

best scenario for me is that both Cowboys and Philly miss out. because i hate them both ( and they would be dangerous in Jan )

ideally Giants and Panthers get first round bye ( and eventually meet in the Champ game )

wildcards Az , Min , TB , Atl ( none of them should scare us )

I can't stand the other teams in the NFC South, however...I'm hoping they both lose today, and then win next week and get in as the 5 and 6 seeds. Keep Dallas and Philly at home, and give the NFC South a little credibility.

if that's the case, you want atlanta to win out.

if the falcons lose a game and dallas beats the eagles, dallas gets in as a wildcard.
