Seems like every year our defensive staff gets picked while no one will even consider anyone on our offensive staff. Wish Ron would wakeup and realize his offensive coaching staff is hot trash. But I'm honestly starting to think that Ron just wants yes men on the offensive side of the ball who will embrace his desire for ball control > everything else on offense.

So they will keep this sh^tty offense intact and tear down the strong part of the team. Sounds like a good idea.

Yep and sadly don't see any changes coming unless he goes on his own AND also depending on the timing of sale of the team.  Dependent on that, nobody is going to come here knowing that once the team is bought that person is probably going to bring in his own GM, who in turn will most likely bring in their own staff.  

Unless a coach leaves on their own, the staff is going to stay in tact.

There obviously needs to be some changes to the offense (players and/or coaches), but as long as Rivera is here, I think we will be fine defensively. Shula may get another year because of the ownership situation, but we have to bring in more pieces to help Cam. Sadly, tight end may be one of them. Olsen looked horrible yesterday. We at least need to bring in his replacement to start developing him now.
