Putting Cam under center in the Air Croyell will be the greatest blunder in the history of coaching hires.

OP.....Cam entered the league into that exact type scheme.   That is what Chud built Cam's offense off of.   I know people hear zone read and get all confused about things but Chud's playbook was Norv's.  Chud just added things in Newton did well.

Teddy Bridgewater is 6'3, 215 lbs, and ran a 4.79 40 yd dash

Cam Newton is 6'5, 250 lbs, and ran a 4.59 40 yd dash

They ARE NOT the same qb. Stop trying to compare teddy bridgewater to cam newton. Teddy may be a touch more accurate than cam but other than that cam is far and away a better qb. Stop trying to say Norv's offense won't work because he didn't use Teddy Bridgewater right. You're comparing apples to oranges.

I really love the way you guys rally around the troops when something seems inevitable.

Minnesota fired this guy half through the season and Zimmer doesn't seem to be doing so bad does he?  Notice they also got rid of all those bell cows like Peterson, that great free agent at OL we picked up, and then started Case Keenum at QB and will probably be hosting the Super Bowl this year.  I guess Zimmer must suck and have no idea what he's doing, and he fired old Norm for no reason.

Norm Turner literally had the highest paid team in NFL history and got fired. He hasn't done anything in nearly 30 years as a professional football coach but waste the careers of Gates, LT, and Phillip Rivers. He got fired with the Redskins with the highest paid team in NFL history.

Damn. Beat me to it.

Teddy's greatest strength isn't his mobility or his athletic ability. Air Croyell is a worse fit for Teddy than Cam because Teddy's armstrength is very average. He's more of a WCO kind of guy. Good quick release with short to intermediate accuracy.

Didn't Bridgewater come in to relieve the great Case Keenum in a blowout win and toss a pick immediately...he can't break out and beat some Case Keenum stop mentioning him in the same sentence/breath as Cam...good fn god(s) and all the 9 hells.

You are absolutely correct, Minnesota will indeed be hosting the Super Bowl this year.

Who plays in it, however, is to be determined.
