They said much worse thing about Pederson when he was hired. Think Pederson's only experience has a HC was at the High School level and then worked under Reid where we all know he runs the offense on his teams.  Hope Reich does well in Indy and I agree he will have his hands full but so did Pederson with cleaning up Chip Kelly's mess in Philly.

As far a Reich's replacement, will most likely be a promotion from within for Duce Staley.

You never know how it is going to work out until after the fact. He has been in the league and worked under several head coaches. I hope it pays off for him. I find it interesting that some guys get fast tracked while others seem to wait forever to receive an offer from anyone.  Especially when the fail rate seems high for most head coaches let alone new ones on their first job.

Getting confirmation on something I suspected now.

In previously contemplating Reich as a head coach, one of the things I wondered was whether he would run an offense that included some K-Gun type concepts. Word coming out of Indy now is that Reich plans to run an aggressive, up-tempo, no huddle attack.

Basically, Andrew Luck will be playing the role of Jim Kelly.

I always thought Reich was a good QB.  I remember (although age is playing tricks on it) the "K-Gun" back in the day.  It won a lot of games, shame it didn't get them any titles.  I still can't believe they lost 4 straight SB's with that offense.
