EMS tracks your cell phone

he could have dialed it, put it on a rock, and got tackled by the grandson and first responders would have still got there

Yeah man he sucks as a football player how dare the family be happy he helped Saved Someone Dear To Them's Life.

Should've turned down the help because he was bad as a rookie.

He wasn't even bad. Fiz just has a personal vendetta against him

in true CMC fashion, he did the least amount of worked (hit 3 numbers) and is getting all the credit.

Signed in on off season break from the Huddle just to poo this POS post. Having been first on the scene of more than one trauma tragedy, and having seen how far too many people these days react (or don't react at all), kudos to the entire McC family, not just for what the boys did on scene, but the whole family visiting afterwards to lend their support. Far too little of that in this day and age.

No I know but arguing that against Fiz is a waste of time.

I just wanted to point out how childish it is to berate someone for being a good human being because you didn't like their season lol.

So he should live in a bubble? Driving on I-77 is much more dangerous than where he was.

This is debatable. I live in Castle Rock, the actual 'hike' up to the base of the rock feature is nothing. But to get on top is pretty sketchy and requires some moderate scrambling which has killed a few people in the past.

And compared to how many people die on the road every day? It isn't even close.

    • I agree, but I've already said that the players will definitely take more money up front because it's more security. But they want more guaranteed money and NFL FOs don't want to do that for several and various reasons, and that's what's at issue.  https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/nfl-second-round-rookies-finally-starting-to-sign-what-took-so-long-and-what-it-means-for-future-contracts/ It's a tug of war between teams and players, and, sure, paying a player a signing bonus may satisfy them, especially if--and sometimes "only if"--it ultimately leads to a guarantee of more of their contract, but the teams are on the hook for all of those guarantees when cap time comes, so if they guarantee more money, they're ultimately losing the contract game.
    • TBH, these are the kind of players that get weeded out of professional sports pretty quickly. Also, CMC is not that guy. There is zero indication that he isn't competitive.
    • I like the free agency. It actually helps basically all schools across the board. Pretty much only ancient HC's and/or HC's that haven't been able to adjust have been complaining about the free agency. Your fortunes can be made or broken every offseason. It's not like before where a bad recruiting class or two meant multiyear purgatory.  I will never understand all the bellyaching about the NIL. If you want to talk about what ruined college athletics, it has been naked greed. Conference expansions for TV revenue, ever skyrocketing AD and facilities costs and now the attempts to permanently ruin the postseasons(football and basketball).  All the kids did was get a very well deserved piece of a very, very, VERY broken pie.
