Not that Breeland is potential pro bowler or anything, but this contract falls on the side of team friendly.  Either he wasn't getting that type of interest from other teams or dude really wanted to play here.

Not really, can be cut in 2019 off season and save over 3m in cap. Can be cut in 2020 off season and save 7m.

If you read the OP, he only has 1m in guaranteed money next season. 0 dollars guaranteed year 3. We can cut him after year 1 and only eat 1m. Or cut him after year 2 and not have any dead money.

Still has his signing bonus and workout bonus plus others. His dead cap hit next off-season is 6.6m but his total cap hit is 9.7. So he could be cut if he is horrible and the team save money on a normal cut.
