I LOVE OUR DEFENSIVE LINE!!

Do you guys realize we have the best defensive line in the history of this franchise?

Julius Peppers, K short, D Poe, and Super Mario

Butler and Love on the rotation in the middle, and hungry guys ready to make their names to be known bringing up the depth on the outside.

I'm excited to see what Ere Obada and Hall bring with this talent across our line.

Exciting time to be a Panther fan.

Your thoughts?

Plus Hall. Yes it is very exciting. I hope hey play lights out bc right now our secondary is not looking good. If we can get to the qb quick we will be alright.

Ink this man and it’s the best.  Now?  Nope.  2013 was the best DL the league had seen in nearly three decades.

It's a great DL for sure but not as good as 2003 or even 2013 honestly.

Pep in his prime rather than the situational role now. Jenkins was every bit as good as KK now, if not better. And Buckner and then Rucker and Wallace.

CJ was still in his prime until the Pats' cheap bullsh*t leg whip basically destroyed his career, Hardy was arguably the best all around 4-3 DE in the league at the time and while Star and KK were rookies both had a huge immediate impact, of course with Dwan having a big role and Cole in the rotation as well.

If Pep was in his prime still this would be our best.

    • I think the qualification has changed over time though. A deep ball play used to take 4 to 6 seconds for the receiver to get to that spot on the field. Now a receiver can be there in 2.5. That's less time than most QBs have to set and throw. In my mind a deep route takes time to develop. A crossing route and a deep route can't take the same amount of time at full speed. You can have 4 deep balls on the same drive,  almost 5 if you do 5 20 yard throws goal line to goal line. That doesn't even make sense when you say it out loud.
    • The sad part is it looks manicured enough that he's aware it's running away from him.  Also, I just wanted to give you some fun loving grief on King Haynes today having a chance to throw a game winning TD, and was wildly errant, and ultimately picked off to end the game.  So happy I won't have to hear anything else about The Golden Calf of Bristol lite ever again watching college football.
    • I just think Panthers believe in Bryce far more than the fans do and he is most likely going to be the QB at least the next two seasons. the real shot of us moving from Bryce is not getting an extension, till then they are going to give him every chance to succeed and I just want to win.
