What should we hit in the draft early and what hole should we patch with a jag.

With no legit FAs left that can come in and make an impact. Which hole is more important to fix?

TE:  with the misses on Ebron and Wilson.  There is still a big hole at TE.  Olsen is still one of the best in the game.  He had a injury last year, if something were to happen again.  We have no one behind him.  In 2 TE sets, we cant go on with Manhurtz.

Options: Hayden Hurst-rds 2-3, Dalton Schultz- rd 4-5 guys

RB: CMC looks to be our future back.  We just need someone to compliment him, a big back.  Cap hasnt looked That bad when given opportunities.  With a stacked RB class, do we grab one early, or later with thw depth of this class.

Options: Chubb- rd 2-3, Bo Scarborough- rd 4-6

DE: yes we cant forget Hall, but he hasn't played a snap in a regular season yet.  CJ is gone, Pep plays limited snaps and probably gone after this season.  Horton is good rotational player, but may need to look for a young talent.

Options: Josh Sweat- rd 2-3, Duke Ejiofor- rd 3-5

Interior OL- you cant say it isnt a hole when yiu just lose a all-pro, and your starting center (who's announced retiring after the season) has missed 50% of the games due to injuries the last 2 seasons. Do we go OG or find someone who can do both, that can start at LG this year and slide ready at Center next year

Options: Hernandez- rd 1, Wynn- rd 1, Price- rd 2-3, Ragnow- rd 2-3

WR- picked up 2 this offseason.  Both small, light, fast guys who are known as slot guys in this league.  You generally like a good ballance of WRs with size and speed.  Right now Funchess is the only one on the roster that fits the size, as the only WR over 6'0 and has build to be physical WR

Options: St Brown- rd 2-4, Washington (6'0 but has bulk build) rd 2

CB- Bradberry is a #2, point blank.  In a secondary that got pierced last year and couldnt create turnovers (took all the way until the very end of the season to get a int).  We lose Worley which means we get the guy who beat him out to start, or a guy regaining (which sadly other than Breeland isnt really better than Worley).  We leave this empty, we will need to pressure hard, or this defense is going to take a Massive step back.  Especially playing in a division with Bree's, Ryan, Winston at QB and Julio, Evans, Thomas at WR in our division

Options: Josh Jackson- rd 1, Tony Brown- rd 3-5, Meeks- rd 3-5

Safety- who do we have here again?  Adams is about where Roman Harper was here in 2015.  We have no center fielder.  And with TD unable to cover anymore, and Shaq not living up to covering skills.  We need Help, major help.

Options: Reid- rd 1-2, Ronnie Harrison- rd 1-2,  Kyzir White- rd 3

So whats the biggest needs in order do we need to look at in the draft

    • This thread is turning into bizarro world. Most of the anti-Bryce crowd was heavily pro CJ Stroud so I am confused how that ties into any racial element.  Not saying we still don't have some of that crowd in here but it's not like the Prime Cam years where this place was rife with those types.  The anti-Bryce sentiment SEEMS to MOSTLY be rooted in his underwhelming physical stature/abilities and/or his underwhelming overall career to date. All this being amplified by the massive trade haul we gave away for him. So, technically we have missed the opportunity to draft Jaden Daniels AND passed on CJ Stroud. Fairly or not, Bryce hasn't measured up to those type of players at all.
    • Because 2 coaches have not allowed him to do it.  And in a real Hail Mary scenario the throw is  further than the clip shown and likey doesn’t allow a clean setup. You can’t go over the top.  So you have to let WRs get downfield and the technical throw is going to be further and as you have to drop back to by time and likely won’t have an ideal setup.
    • I can’t stand silent any longer.. He has s sickness.  It will defy any logic people try to bring.  He tried to deny us the freedom of having a negative opinion of a player simply by the color of our skin. Yet we have positive opinions of many black players  Love some of them   I guess they must be house *you know the word* if we like them   I bring it to this: let’s say you are black. are there black people that you don’t like? I brt there are.  But no white people are allowed to dislike them? Because they are maybe shitty people of shitty players or there is just something about them you don’t line. We have to drop this way of thinking.
