Could we tender Richard Marshall in the offseason in the hope of a draft pick for him?

I think we need to save our tender for Thomas Davis just in case we can't agree on an extension. He is on fire right now and I am sure other teams are noticing.

Hangman and Omiyale could garner us a 5th round pick each based on the contracts they signed. However compensatory picks are a complicated formula and hard to guess just right. If Adam Seward is still on a roster somewhere, we may get a 7th for him.

Getting a proven player for an unproven one,looks like a good move.

I like where Hurney's head is right now. Did someone turn the heat up in Panther front office or what? First Hollis Thomas, then Peppers wakes from his slumber, now Tank. The Panthers are gearing up for the stretch runs by tightening up their run defense. On offense they are going to pound the ball, and limit the number of throws that Jake has to make, keep games close and try to win in in the 4th quarter with a Kasey field goal or a one-yard touchdown run. Like it or not this is Fox-ball. It looks like they are getting to where they can successfully play their style of football. Hope they can pull it off.

you think we could get a 5th??...i think we get no higher than a 7th for them

Also this is a contract year for tyler

      Been here since middle school right when it started around 2003 after the charlotte.com one. Living outside of Carolina it was tough to find good Panthers content, news or analysis. And no one to talk to about it. This place gave me a lot though I don’t often post. In the later days, I particularly Loved PhillyB’s write ups. They were fire. Too bad I go let it go. I appreciate the hell out of @MHS831 @TheSpecialJuan @Jackie Lee and others who have been posting great content and keeping this place worth coming back to. Particularly during the offseason. Appreciate y’all!

      Nice explanation, but I was just messing with you. Thought that would be obvious. I dont have the energy to keep on trolling. Last season I compared our situation with Bryce as a potential Alex Smith, but what we should be looking for is our version of Mahomes. Some people will read that as one sentence, to me that single sentence is equivalent to a half A4 explanationf of the teams pathway forward.

      I dont know how much of his salary would come across and how much a trade would cost but I feel Kmet would be the sort of TE Canales and Morgan would like
