Fan Fest

Good evening, all!

I submitted for 4 tickets for next Friday and ticket exchange only spit out 3. Two of the tickets are next to each other and the third is a few rows down. The extra seat is in section 103 row 2. Wanted to post here first as I don’t have any single buddies in town to pass the extra off to. Sure “it’s only fan fest” but the seats are phenomenal. First come first serve if anyone is interested.

If anyone has 4 tickets they don't think they'll end up using let me know, I'd like to purchase. (I am aware Ticketmaster still has 500 level tickets available...not exactly interested in those).

Thanks!

PS I totally don't expect to hear from anyone.

Plenty of folks on the street selling tickets a couple years ago. Kind of chapped my ass a little seeing as how they were free at the time.

There are seats on eBay for like $75+

Ridiculous

That's what happens when you start charging for the privilege of watching practice. Scalpers probably own about half of the tickets right now.

Scalpers were taking advantage when the tickets were free in 2016. First come first serve option was a frenzy for these ass clowns. Only way to limit it is to open the gates like they did in 2015 but then you are talking about capacity concerns.

    • I mean, if Moore really wants out, then it would behoove the Bears to make it happen sooner than later. X is a lot younger and cheaper, and may be a better fit for Johnson's musings than a disgruntled, unnecessary, overpaid vet. If they can dump his salary and maybe get a fourth or so in return, it may be worth it to them. As for development, I'm not concerned. You're talking about a seeming bust, a day three guy and a UDFA. They are developing relative to their ceilings. I doubt any of them will ever command the coverage, money, or the respect that Moore has acquired. He's a tier above them. Yes, even X.
    • IMO, if Ceedee plays against us, the game probably goes the other way. Same with Tyreek Hill and the Dolphins. Our team just isn't designed to beat teams with two high level receivers like that. But when you look at the league, how many teams really have two guys of that caliber?  There's nothing wrong with defensive adjustments, but sometimes I think a lot of fans want Evero to call a different play like a game on madden, and defensive football just isn't like that. That said, I thought we did a much better job this season against the Cowboys of flipping Jaycee and at least making them work for it, opposed to last season when they literally just lined CeeDee up on the other side of the field every single snap.  For us to just straight up switch to consistent man coverage, or a different zone, or whatever, we likely would consistently need different personnel on the field. Doing it a few times a game is a gamble and can work, but if we consistently run man coverage against the Cowboys, eventually a RB is going to beat a linebacker, or something of that nature with our personnel. Part of the reason Evero likes this scheme is that, while we have our defaults and presets, what we do is very multiple, and you can do a lot of different things pre and post snap. We are a challenging defense to read. But as you said, if guys are getting beat, it doesn't really matter what you call.
