It's looking pretty good about now with the injuries on the Oline.

There's talk we might get Daryl back after the bye. What a huge help that would be. Just have to get through 3 games then some relief may be at hand.

Also, gives time for some evaluation and tweaks... could be needed in the secondary for instance where 3 guys are unproven.

On the whole, I think the positives of the early bye outweigh the negatives this season.

Yeah, ordinarily I would hate it, but this year we're fortunate it falls just about perfectly.

Usually I hate early byes, but this one should play out well for us. 

My only worry, really, right now is going in with only four CBs. That's going to either be rough down the stretch or we're going to have some seriously experienced players as the year wears on.

My primary concern with an early bye is late injuries. We'll be playing every week for a very long stretch, relying on rookies who often hit a wall around week 11 or 12. I feel sure the coaches have considered this, but it worries me nonetheless.

Worry with Daryl is that his play will be affected by his injury. Trent with the Redskins didn’t so so hot with a similar injury.

Hobbled daryl is better than anyone we have. I think the same thing w Trent and the skins occurred.
