The thing about Ron is he's very old school in the way our offense is run and thats just not going to work anymore. Our calling card on defense was that we would out play you on the line of scrimmage and thats not working anymore either so the entire defense struggles. 

The defining ability that determines good and great head coaches are the ability to adjust and Ron refuses to do that until he absolutely has to and that is why he's not a good coach.
