I seriously wish you would just fade into dust. Your a waste of space.

You throw out these inane quips, so I call you out. Maybe try posting like an adult, and I will treat you as such.

Debate me, instead of being passive aggressive.

And it is "You're" See what I mean. You insult me, but can't even get that right.

Statistically, Cam is having his best year. Seems to me he CAN run this Offense.

Now, IMO, as Cam, and Norv continue to trust each other, we should be more efficient. Which will make the Offense more explosive. Maybe the way we ended this game will give them the confidence to step it up.

We scored 21 straight points. That is the Offense folks envision for us. We used Samuel, we used Moore, Smith made plays, Wright made a play, and Funch showed up again.

We can be better. But we are not going to turn into a "Greatest Show on Turf" type team.

That’s the type of thinking that causes the first 3 quarters of this game.

cam threw almost 250 yards that 4th quarter and we had 3 touchdowns.

i would say we can rival the greatest show on turf,,.. if only the coaches stop thinking small ball— and of course the fans

Not sure what that first sentence means. Sorry.

If we get more efficient, we can probably score more points. But we are never going to be a run, and gun, Offense. Our HC is just not built that way.

At some point Cam and Norv are going to click. Then we may see what we are made of. Or...we may never reach that level. That is the scary part. What if Norv, and Cam never mesh?

What I mean is the coaches put Cam into small ball,. And sometimes I’m not sure if they know or just ignore what Cam is,.

hes a free style go big or go home kind of quarterback like Dan Marino or Brett Favre and when you try to make him into this debacle he ran versus Washington or Philly the first 3 quarters he doesn’t play well—

when he is allowed to let go, play faster, more spread formations, and make his own options at the line he goes off.

Dan Marino clamped up under Jimmy Johnson the same way—

players execute the best they can but you do have to adjust to what they are.

Holmgren adjusted to Brett Favre— Chili had to adjust to Brett Favre too— small ball doesn’t play too well,.. allowed to run his offense and he goes off.

I get it, I really do. Hellz, most of us want the same thing. Let Cam be Cam, let him run this Offense. Contrary to popular belief, he IS smart enough to take over.

    I think this is the main reason folks are wanting a new coach. They are tired of waiting for Cam to explode. Which is funny, because as of right now, his combined TDs puts him like 4th after 7 years. He is so good, but yea, he may be even better if you unleash him;

That's the problem with folks blaming scheme. Cam decides where the ball goes. Not Rivera, not Norv, but Cam. It is his responsibility to make the proper throws. If those throws are not to your liking. Maybe you should look at the person pulling the trigger.

This person actually believes that Ron Rivera saved Cam from losing the game today.

You couldn't make this poo up if you wanted to.

(Narrator: This person doesn't realize that when "Cam decides where the ball goes" its from pre-determined 1st, 2nd, et. al. reads as determined by THE COACHES.  This person obviously believes that Cam tosses chicken bones into a handkerchief and uses voodoo-magic to determine how he "decides where the ball goes".)

Had to block him. Couldn't deal with the blowhard know-it-all's self righteous bullshit.

    • I originally hated the Miller deal but with the cap projected to rise nearly $10M next season the Canes struck some pretty good deals between Miller and Ehlers. Most of the team is locked in for the next few years. Nikishin will need an extension probably in the $6M AAV range. And Blake will need one if we don’t move him. Personally I’d move Blake, picks, and any prospect not named Nikishin/Nadeau/Artamonov for McTavish as I don’t see any any of the big time players moving teams next year. Realistically the Hurricanes should just target Gustavsson next year to fix the goal tending issue. But I’m all for moving Blake, picks, and prospects for McTavish this year. Ehlers - Aho - Jarvis Svechnikov - McTavish - Stankoven Martinook - Staal - Carrier Hall - Kotkaniemi - Robinson Jost - Jankowski Slavin - Miller Nikishin - Chatfield Gostisbehere - Walker Reilly Andersen Kochetkov I’d do Blake, Felix-Unger-Sorum, and 27 2nd for McTavish.
    • Very true on the length but stuff like this is never where we shine. We aren’t a good team at drafting.
    • Homerism aside, the more I see from Dan, the more impressed I am.  His player evaluation instincts. Last year his 2 premier FA signings, Hunt and Lewis COMPLETELY changed the line and I have a feeling his success in choosing blue chip guys will continue.  Look at the panthers’s rep for FA signings in the past. By and large, it’s been guys 1 year past their prime who had an injury and suckered our GM in to a crippling contract. We never get nice things. When was the last time this team signed 2 young blue chip studs  in the same offseason to contracts worthy of their impact? Ever?  Im telling y’all, players respect and trust Morgan.
