Norv and Cam are starting to click. Cam is getting better at recognizing quick hitters and Norv is getting more comfortable calling plays that play to Cam's strengths. I think that 4th quarter against the Eagles changed everything. Ron got more comfortable opening up the offense, Norv saw that Cam can absolutely dominated games with his arm, and both coaches saw they can just put the ball in Cam's hands and trust him to win the game. That's what franchise QBs do.

Not however a good HC as someone suggested earlier in another thread.

Plenty of great coordinators didn't necessarily translate as head coaches. We got schooled by one particular DC in SB50 who fits that bill perfectly. Amazing DC, trash HC.

      Rico is 0%. I think we would really like to have Mays back but we have a value in mind and aren't willing to overspend. I think someone probably will so I think the odds are pretty low but not zero.

      Damn I liked A'Shawn too. This is basically a heads up we're planning on cutting you move.  Robinson wasn't the best but I loved his attitude and effort on the field. He held that entire dline together when Brown went down iirc..granted we finished that season as the worst rushing defense in modern NFL history.  If Wharton would have performed up to atleast half of his salary last season, I'd feel a little better about it. We do need that cap space though.

      13. Carolina is coming. The Panthers are well thought of around the league. Their "process" seems sound. I think their off-season will be very interesting to keep an eye on. They made the playoffs, but they're not yet knocking on the door. (Offense was 26th in EPA/play.) I think it's imperative they don't overestimate where they are in their build. They can't throw a ton of money around in FA to "make a run now". They need to be intentional about building a solid foundation. (IMO) And from what I know about the team... I think they will be. Sidenote: I have my eye on offense there, not defense. They HAVE to leave next season with a strong opinion on Bryce Young. They need to put pieces around him to do that. Can't be left wondering what he would have looked like with "better OL play" or "more pass catchers". They have to know. (That part is purely my opinion.
