Blowout losses are not the end of the world

Pats just lost to a 4-4 Titans team by 24. Their other two losses were to Detroit and J'ville. I'd say we're in good company, even though they have no competition in their division.

"any given Sunday..."

as RR said, "poo happens"

What are you all talking about?? Who said anything about the Mariners??

(edited my dumb mistake, haha.  Next I'll be citing the Toledo Mud Hens)  But it WAS Seattle.

For whatever other opinions I have, I'd like to think we can beat a baseball team

The one game I can tolerate looking like ass?

A road game on Thursday night.  TNF isn’t about money.  Not enough time for players to heal nor to gameplan for someone you see once every 4 years.  Which is why so much bad football occurs.

they should at least make TNF divisional games.  At least the short week is essentially health as the main issue.

    • FLA showed everyone it’s not about superstars. they bullied the best line in the NHL into obscurity. they played hard, were in the right positions, and ran over everything that got in their way.
    • That’s really not what you said and when I even expressed doubt as to your intentions with the post you doubled down and remained unclear on whether you were trying to drag Dean Smith for whatever reason. You just got the facts wrong, which if you don’t follow the local college programs like you say then maybe you just were mistaken and thought Smith didn’t win championships or have legit superstars, and that is ok, but you just doubled down when my first post was more corrective than anything. I’m not sure what you expect posting objectively false things like “RBA has a lot of wins with nothing to show for it like Dean Smith” (paraphrasing) on a message board with plenty of UNC fans. I’m not taking it as a personal affront, we can agree to disagree, Dean Smith’s legacy fortunately will not be affected by this conversation. Screw the (Florida) Panthers?
    • Bring in the free agents and trades.  Florida is the best team and unless Tulsky makes it happen, it’s more of the same…which isn’t bad…but it’s time to win a goddamn cup.
