Let me break it down for you I know a few people like this that I'm close too  it's not really racism its more of a color struck biases where certain people don't get the  benefit of the doubt as if someone that shares the same pigmentation as the person making a judgment call

 

For instance, CMC will get a slight edge with his mistakes not defining  him  Where cam will be judged on  and  vice versa some will judge cmc with a large degree of biased that  cam wouldn't get a judge based on who is doing the judging.

 

Like I can say without biases view that Cam holds the ball too long and CMC can't block..... but  they are our best players on our team and we need them.
