Rebuild starts the moment we’re mathematically are eiliminated. 

1. Fire entire staff including Hurney 

2. Hire a GM first, and give the new GM vote of confidence and full authority over personnel decisions 

3. New GM, hopefully will do the following 

-Funchess, Reid, Munnerlyn, the entire Dline ... see ya. 

The following vets ... love ya, but we need to get younger and faster. Either restructure, retire or be gone. Pep, Olsen, TD, Mike Adams 

Luke: what is going on? Something is off . May be move him outside and draft a beast LB if it falls on our lap on the 1st round. It will at least light a fire under Luke’s a$$. He looks lost every other play. 

Sorry to say, but I think the window is closed on this unit. We need to rebuild after this season. I’m willing to suffer a couple of years and have a championship team in a few years. These current jokers aren’t going anywhere.

I agree. No matter how fancy the league gets, it’s all about the trenches. Draft well. You have a good Oline and Dline, you’re automatically a playoff team even if you are average everywhere else.

Look at the Saints... outside Brees, Thomas and Kamara they got no one.  But the Saints OL is amazing so they score 40+ points again.
