Add Greg Olsen, he was a trade, the best one ever.

and I believe Poe is great— he’s been really showing up to get double teams—gets a lot of flak for others and out of fan frustration.

Torrey Smith and Wright were good signings— great locker room, Torrey was catching before he got hurt and he’s a good mentor- Wright catches everything and plays his ass off.

Hurney couldn’t help Breeland going bust,.. could have really helped us if healthy.

it was a mistake to keep Byrd over Barner and it was a mistake to release CJ.

Is Ireland really that bad? In all fairness, if you tell a scout that your father was a pimp, and that your mother worked for your father, the scout asking if your mother was a prostitute is not really a crazy, out of line question.

It's not the "is your mother a whore" question that gives me the most pause with Ireland. It's that I remember when he was in charge of the Dolphins, and they weren't really that great.

The thought of Ireland as a personnel guy of some sort like he is now makes more sense to me than having him as a GM.
