I can't see it happening. Joseph as the same issues as Gregg Williams. Regardless of their skill as defensive coordinators, it seems highly unlikely Rivera brings in someone who could be an interim in waiting if things start poorly in 2019. In addition, while Rivera had no issues turning the offense over to Norv, I think he'd be a little more possessive of the defense.

Edit: This would apply to Bowles as well.

I would welcome Vance Joseph as a DB coach but I can't see Rivera getting rid of his buddy Richard Rodgers to make that happen.
