Source claims Eric Reid lied about how many times he was tested

Regardless of the drug tests, the league has made it clear how they feel about Eric Reid. Same with Colin Kaepernick. Eric and Colin just need to keep doing what they're doing. All they have to do is merely show their faces or make a comment now and bigots practically line up just to get angry and froth at the mouth over the sight of a black man expressing himself. It's quite illuminating.

Curious, do you hate cops?

It’s not something I would invite.

These things can end up being divisive from within. And not just from a black/white perspective. Players of all colors may begin to harbor some resentment over the constant attention this story brings.

I strongly disagree with kneeling during the anthem, and I have my own valid reasons for feeling that way. But I’m objective enough to put that aside if the investment is solid.

We’ll see.

This is just blind homerism to the cause.  Lead with the truth and people will follow.  This country is going to crap because there are too many people telling blatant lies to get attention.

I keep coming back to the Philly game. The team pulled off the biggest Q4 comeback in franchise history, and Reid spent his time in the post-game locker room gaggle pissing and moaning about his problems and his struggles. Nothing of substance about the TEAM.

I don’t like it, nor would I if he were a white man.

"Sources".

The league is worth billions, has all sorts of resources at their disposal. Yet they make more of an effort to disprove this than they did to get to the bottom of the Kareem Hunt incident before their hand was forced.

F*ck the NFL.

Reid's claims (if true) reflects negatively on the nfl. The Hunt incident only reflects negatively on him (and only if it surfaces). The league is in the business of making money, they don't care about political statements, wife beating or world hunger if it doesn't affect the bottom line (and they shouldn't be expected to).

    • I used to think Juan was a Zod alt. Agree he's a great poster.
    • Hawks said nah we good and sent him to the shadow realm aka the Wizards. Cold blooded. I mean they're 2-2 in a series with a young up and coming Knicks team largely through 34 year old CJ McCollum. Even if they ultimately lose the series at least they are there and have something to build on. I think Hornets fans are just beaten down and lack the objectivity to assess the situation. They think we are going to get so much worse if and when we finally change gears. Worse how? We've already been a lottery team for years now. We've already been looking to win our first playoff series in about a quarter century. We already can't get past the play in and in failing to do so we have completely embarrassed ourselves twice looking like we don't even belong. Honestly there is absolutely no excuse for a team like the Magic to be more competitive and successful than us in the playoffs. Absolutely disgusting. But that's just me. I was fuging lit when we got the Hornets back in Charlotte but that is old old news. It's time for these boys to get into a playoff series. Enough is enough. If they can't do it for 2026-27 then they need to make wholesale changes regardless.
    • Not one single pick that is asking me why we drafted a guy in the first place. It was a guy we needed and/or a guy that had certain traits making them stand out. Best of all, I feel everyone we drafted are capable of stepping onto the field this year and have a meaningful role (even Kuwatch on special teams). Obviously, nothing is guaranteed but I'm not seeing any huge flags on guys because they're risky projects or massive overreaches.
